Here at Dixies Corner we aim to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times. This will include dealing with enquiries over the telephone, in writing,via e-mail or letter. We also welcome feedback and are pleased to receive comments and suggestions for improvements to our standard of service.

We take great pride in the quality of the kit we produce and source only the best materials on the market that meet IRR standard. All Dixies Corner products are tried and tested through quality control before being put to retail and we firmly believe the quality to be second to none.

Rest assured that when you purchase kit made by us at Dixies Corner we will fully guarantee its lifetime durability.
What does this mean?
Dixies Corner will guarantee its own products against any defects in its quality. This could include

1. loose stitching/ production flaws
2. poor workmanship /product malfunction
3. unsecured fastening / clips/ buckles

please note production faults are very rare. All machinists are very experienced in their field, however if it does occur you have piece of mind with the knowledge that your product is fully covered.

What is not covered in the Warranty?
Any damage caused to kit from normal wear and tear, rips, misuse and neglect such as paint marks, burns, extreme environment conditions, dragging of kit, deliberate sabotage will not be covered. If a product has been neglected in this way and needs work doing, we will obviously be more than willing to help at a reasonable charge to you.

What about returns on items purchased?
If you purchase any items from us and are not happy with them we will fully refund you for the item providing the item is returned to us un-used and in its original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the item. A receipt will also be required as proof of purchase. Any goods that have been used will not be refunded. Please note there will be a 20% restocking charge on items of a bespoke nature
